Upon arriving at the

Charlotte Airport

 

Proceed to the baggage claim area of the airport and to exit “A.” Cross over the first lanes of traffic to the commercial lane to find the Rose Bus shuttle transportation to the Hilton; watch for the signage "NAMLC". Should you have difficulty locating the pick-up contact Rose dispatch at 1-800-377-6912 and dial 1 for assistance.

Conference Registration

  1. Your registration includes attendance at all conference sessions, plus meals and breaks.
  2. The fee assumes registrant will be staying at the Venue above for which you must book your own room. If not staying at the Hilton Charlotte University Place , there is an additional $75.00 fee.
  3. Members of CrossGlobal Link, EMS or The Mission Exchange receive a $100 reduced rate and Associate or Affiliate members receive a $50 reduced rate (see chart below).
  4. EARLY BIRD closed. 
  5. EXHIBITOR or SPONSORSHIP - Exhibitor fee includes registration and display table. If you are also interested in sponsoring a meal, break, plenary speaker or other portions of the conference, click for Sponsorship information. 
  6. STUDENT RATE - includes only attendance at sessions; no meals. Online registration not available; pay at door when you arrive. However, please Contact Us to inform of your intent to attend. Meal package is not included but can be added for additional $125.00. If adding the meal package, you must send a message prior to Sept. 1 informing of your intent to do so.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation prior to Sept.2, 2010 is granted a refund minus a $50 handling fee. Notification must be made by calling 630-682-9270.
  2. No refund after Sept.2, 2010, but you may designate a substitute from your organization.   
  3. Sharing of a registration is not permitted.
  4. If you have booked your hotel reservation, you are responsible to notify the hotel of your cancellation. 

Transportation

The Hilton Charlotte University Place is 15 miles from the Charlotte Douglas Int'l Airport, so will require either renting a car or taking alternate transportation. A free shuttle service is being provided on Thursday and Saturday.
