Dr. T.V. Thomas was born in Malacca, Malaysia. He studied in Malaysia, India, Canada and the USA. Presently he serves as Director of the Centre for Evangelism & World Mission in Regina, Saskatchewan where he makes his home with wife, Mary and children, Victor, Molly and Melanie.
From 1978 to 1994, Dr. Thomas was on the teaching faculty of Canadian Bible College and Canadian Theological Seminary in Regina. He served as International Minister-at-Large with Every Home for Christ International from 1994 to 2000.
His deep commitment to the cause of world evangelization calls for extensive national and international travel to minister at camps churches, colleges/seminaries, retreats, seminars, conferences and consultations. T.V. has been a speaker at such events as Urbana, Keswick Convention, Mission Fest, Ethnic Ministries Summits and Promise Keepers Conferences.

Dr. Thomas serves on numerous national and international boards and committees. He is the founding President of the Fellowship of Canadian Evangelists (FOCE), Chair of the North American Council for South Asian Christians (NACSAC), Co-Chair of the International Network of South Asian Diaspora Leaders (INSADL) and the Multicultural/Intercultural Ministries Consultant for the C&MA Canada.

Rev. Samuel Rodriguez

The Wall St. Journal has identified Rev. Samuel Rodriguez as one of America’s 7 most influential Hispanic Leaders, and the only religious leader on the list. As one of Newsweek Magazine’s Top 12 People to Look For in 2008, and as the President of America’s Preeminent Latino Christian Organization, Samuel is regarded as one of the most prominent voices in the Kingdom of God and as the lead spokesperson for the 16 million strong Hispanic American Born Again Christian Community.
Rev. Rodriguez earned his Masters degree in educational leadership from Lehigh University. Currently he pursues a doctoral degree in Organizational Management and Behavior. Pastor Sam is the President of The National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (Hispanic NAE).

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of some of America’s leading Evangelical organizations such as: Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, National Association of Evangelicals, World Relief, and Alliance For Marriage. He also serves on the steering committee of Evangelicals for Human Rights and the General Superintendents’ Cabinet in the Assemblies of God.
He is an Assemblies of God Ordained Minister since the age of 23. He resides in California with his wife, Eva.

Bishop David T. P. Perrin is a profound preacher/teacher who seeks to win souls, make disciples and build up the local church.

Often using his life as an open book, Bishop Perrin’s refreshing transparency, coupled with his love for people, has helped piece together broken marriages, rescued young men from the streets and set thousands of lives on course, all over the world.

In 1998, David redirected his ministry focus from pastoring the local church to world evangelism. During this time he was consecrated as the President of Great Commission Global Ministries, a ministry committed to “networking equipping and mobilizing all people, but especially black people for ministry to the world.”
Bishop Perrin is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University (BFA); Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (MTS); and has done Doctoral Studies at Howard University’s School of Communications (ABD).
He is married to Allethia Yvonne (Campbell) and they have three children by his late wife, Elizabeth A. Perrin.
